Registration Instructions for ISPA/SocialCom/SustainCom/BDClound-2019 and the Associated Workshops/Symposia

Please read the following notes before starting the registration process:

1. Camera-ready paper preparation and submission

• Please access the url(https://www.ieeecps.org/#!/auth/login?ak=1&pid=1uyeAoq9CFr7CsD0sRUADr) for other instructions on format, copyright and final paper submission.

2. Author Registration includes:

• Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
• A copy of the proceedingss
• Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia
• Coffee breaks, lunches and one conference dinner
• Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration before 22 November 2019 to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

The Author Registration fee is:

Paper Page Limit:

• Conference Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
• Workshop/Symposium Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Paper Extra Pages:

• Conference Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at USD$100 or RMB 700 per extra page.
• Workshop Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at USD$100 or RMB 700 per extra page.

In order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, the valid IEEE membership will be verified. Therefore, 2019 IEEE Membership Card must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or PDF file) to fjconf_register@126.com.

3. Participant Registration includes:

• A copy of the proceedings
• Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia
• Coffee breaks, lunches and one conference dinner
• Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)

The Participant Registration applies for two cases: 1) one author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or 2) A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.

• Please download and fill registration form. Then send the filled form, with a copy of your receipt of bank transfer in step 1 or 2, to fjconf_register@126.com with the subject "(Your paper ID): Registration".

5. Registration payments can be done via Bank Transfer.
